Dr. Samuel Waithe

Sammy is the sole shareholder and CEO of DWP GmbH and Chairman across all group entities. He holds a doctorate in parallel processing and large databases and built his career across investment banking and system integration — most recently as senior management consultant to Citibank's AML programme. A director and co-founder of the Cresta Group (acquired by SQS Group in 2006) and later President of Cresta Testing Inc. (acquired by Keane, Inc.), he has led both a $25M board and an $80M operating business as part of a $1.2B leadership team.

Lee Mascall

Lee brings more than 20 years of technology leadership across large-scale institutions. He was Senior Technology Officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the UAE and CIO of the Central Bank of the UAE. His ability to translate business vision into deliverable action anchors group strategy and technology governance.

Adrian Waithe

Adrian is a qualified US accountant and a seasoned operational manager. Former COO of Cresta Testing Inc., he now leads the group's technology arm (StoneCloud) alongside his financial oversight of the Italian operating companies.

Group Head of Administration

Michaela Brusch

Michaela leads administration for the DWP Group in Germany and serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO. Her command of the group's businesses, together with German and European regulatory frameworks, makes her the operational anchor of the holding.
